About the Course

Boulder Creek Golf Club opened in January 2003 and has quickly established itself as a premier course in Southern Nevada. Designed by Mark Rathert, the course features 27 spectacular holes that are accessible for players of all skill levels. For better players, the 7600-yard championship tees will force you to work hard off the tee-box and with long irons, however (thankfully!) the course also provides 6 sets of tees so you can choose your level of difficulty.

One of the undoubtedly great features of Boulder Creek is the location. The travel time is 35 minutes from the strip to Boulder City, NV, however the air is clean and the grass is green; providing players with an exceptional atmosphere and one of the most well groomed courses around (at rates considerably lower than comparable courses in Las Vegas). This course has twice been featured as GolfWest's "Course of the Month," and for good reason. Along with offering players a challenging design, Boulder Creek mixes things up a bit with split fairways, unique water features, and bunkering that will require players to consider many options on just about every shot. It is classic "risk/reward," although you will want to make sure you feel confident with the driver and keep it straight throughout the round to post a low number at the end of the day.

Take advantage of unusually low rates and early "twilight" start times while this course is still establishing its presence on the Las Vegas golf scene. Our customer feedback indicates that this might be the best course you can play in this price range. If you don't mind the 30-minute drive, you can play fantastic golf at rates much lower than courses of similar quality. Boulder Creek has 27-holes, 18 of which are always open during overseed season.
